Larry Curtis, RPh, Owner
Pain & Symptoms Management Expert
Mr. Curtis received his Baccalaurete in Pharmacy from the University of Wisconsin. After a distinguished career as a formulation expert with The Upjohn Company (now Pfizer, Inc.), he started the first compounding laboratory in Southwest Michigan. His role as advisor to several Hospice agencies draws on many years of experience in pain and symptom management.
Larry Curtis also pioneered our Foreign Travel & Immunization Clinic. Larry has the rare privilege of being able to administer yellow fever immunizations. He has a highly trained staff available to consult with travelers and provide the recommended immunizations required or suggested by the Center for Disease Control. Purvi Peake, PharmD, FAARFM, Consultant
Compounded Hormone Expert, Anti-Aging & Functional Medicine Fellow
Dr. Peake is a consultant pharmacist and graduate of Ferris State University School of Pharmacy. She has advanced training in women’s health and the proper use of compounded hormones for men and women of any age. She has completed a fellowship in Anti-Aging, Regenerative and Functional Medicine affiliated with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Dr. Peake is uniquely qualified to work with prescribers to customize hormone therapies specific to each patient’s needs. Her genuine personality and vast knowledge make her one of the best resources in the business.

Kelly Mickey, PharmD
Dr. Kelly Mickey received a Biomedical Sciences undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Oregon State University and Oregon Health and Science University.
Dr. Mickey has a combined total of 10 years of pharmacy experience as a technician, intern and pharmacist. In those 10 years, Kelly has accumulated a wide range of experience in Emergency Room pharmacy, long term care pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, tribal health services, inpatient and outpatient hospital, and specialty pharmacy. She is licensed to practice pharmacy in Michigan, Illinois and Missouri.
Dr. Mickey is a committed lifelong learner who is currently enrolled in the Masters of Business Administration program at Oregon State University. She is a former radio DJ host at KBVR Corvallis and she enjoys writing for ElevenPDX, a music, culture and community magazine based out of Portland, Oregon.
